Facemasks are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for return shipment costs once we approve the returned. Shipments sent without approval first are non-refundable.
Request a Return – Please contact CzPrints before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. You will be asked for clear photos of the item, and approved before sending the item back.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
